- Uptime is calculated on a quarterly basis.
- Uptime guarantee does not apply to causes beyond our control, such as upstream provider outages, Internet-wide problems, natural disasters, etc.
- Uptime does not include scheduled maintenance.
- Uptime does not include security updates that may require an unscheduled re-boot.
In the unlikely event downtime exceeds allowable amounts, customers may request credit as follows:
- Virtual Hosting customers: 10% of the monthly base account fees for each hour downtime beyond allowable limit, up to one month's fee.
- Dedicated (Managed) Hosting customers: 10% of the monthly base account fee (not including bandwidth and other charges) for each hour downtime beyond allowable limit, up to one month's fee
