QWK.net absolutely prohibits the use of the QWK.Net system to perform any of the following acts:

• Fraud of any type, malicious behavior, or harassment
• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Interfering with the proper operation of any system
• Forging e-mail or USENET postings
• Trafficking in pirated material of any sort
• Use of port-scanning or similar tools
• Attempt to gain access to data on QWK.Net web servers not belonging to you
• Attempt to gain any system access higher than that which you were given

QWK.Net will disable or remove accounts without hesitation when any signs of abuse or security violations are evident. Accounts will be de-activated without notification if evidence of such violations is found.
