Refund Policy

Refunds will be given for base account and setup fees (if any) for accounts in the 30-day money-back guarantee period, without questions or hassle.

Regular fees not incurred in the money-back guarantee period are not refundable. Refunds will not be provided for usage-based fees, such as domain registrations, excess usage surcharges, etc. Refunds will not be issued for accounts cancelled without sufficient notice.
