Delinquent Accounts
Accounts that are past due are subject to service interruption. QWK.net will take every precaution to avoid any interruption in service and will attempt to contact customers with delinquent accounts to resolve any billing problems.
To avoid service interruption, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- Keep a funcitonal e-mail address at all times
- Keep credit card information current
Account Suspension
When an account becomes past due, QWK.net will attempt to contact the customer by email. If there is no response, the account will be suspended. A suspended account will interrupt service but will not erase any files.
If there is no communication from the customer, QWK.net will move the account into an "Abandoned" status at its discretion. Abandoned accounts and all of its content are deleted. All content including web sites will be erased without back-up.
Account Restoration
To restore an account, any past-due balances and a $35.00 Restoration Fee must be paid.
