Account Cancellation

Account cancellation is required to close an account. Accounts may be closed by contacting our billing office by phone at (866) 679-5638 or via email at qwksupport@qwk.net.

Cancellation Notice

Shared hosting accounts may be cancelled at anytime with a minimum 7 day notice prior to the next billing period. The cancellation notice period for dedicated and VPS hosting accounts is specified in the contract. QWK.net is not responsible for refunds on accounts cancelled with insufficient notice.

Account Abandonment

The QWK.net billing department will confirm the cancellation via email. Although QWK.net may close accounts for non-payment, QWK.net is under no obligation to do so and charges may accrue until the QWK.net Billing Department has been contacted to request an account closure. QWK.net is not responsible for fees accrued on abandoned accounts
